本日の運用ではメールボックスの開放を行う予定でしたが，
地上局のトラブルにより運用を断念いたしました．
早急に解決して午後運用で再びトライしたいと思います．
なにとぞよろしくお願いします．

In this pass, we were going to open the messege box as the amateur service.
However,we stopped the operation because of the trouble the Ground Station.
